1. General

  • These Terms govern the use of the Kangur marketplace (“Platform”).
  • By registering or purchasing, users agree to comply with these Terms.
  • The Platform connects buyers and sellers; Kangur acts as facilitator, not direct seller (unless otherwise stated).

2. Accounts

  • Users must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • Accounts are personal and non‑transferable.
  • Kangur reserves the right to suspend accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Listings & Products

  • Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, prices, and availability.
  • Kangur may remove listings that violate laws, intellectual property rights, or marketplace policies.
  • Products must comply with Albanian and EU regulations.

4. Payments

  • Transactions are processed via approved payment providers (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit cards).
  • Buyers authorize Kangur to collect and remit payments to sellers.
  • Fees may apply for transactions, withdrawals, or currency conversions.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Sellers are responsible for timely shipping and providing tracking information.
  • Delivery times are estimates; Kangur is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs.
  • Buyers must provide accurate delivery addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Sellers must clearly state their return/refund policy.
  • Buyers may request refunds in cases of defective, misdescribed, or undelivered items.
  • Kangur may mediate disputes but final responsibility lies with the seller.

7. Fees

  • Marketplace fees (listing, transaction, withdrawal) are published separately and may change with notice.
  • Sellers agree to pay applicable fees before withdrawing funds.

8. Liability

  • Kangur is not liable for product quality, safety, or compliance.
  • Users are responsible for their interactions and transactions.
  • Kangur’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy & Data

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
  • Users consent to data use for transaction processing, fraud prevention, and marketplace improvement.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
  • Disputes shall be resolved by Albanian courts unless otherwise agreed.
